Yes, you are reading right. We've all heard of chicken pox parties, right?
Well, those of you who are my FB friends would know that right now we are having whooping cough dilemmas, and my step-son's family all have it. We may already have had it, etc (didn't even realise, but were all very sick, and waiting on tests on one of my kids). Let's just say it is a mutated immunisation resistant strain because everyone involved is vaccinated.
ANYWAY, my husband was talking to his ex (step son's mother) yesterday, and she was telling him that a woman at her youngest's daycare asked if she could bring her kids around to her house to expose them so they would get whooping cough. her youngest is about 12 months. WTF?
? How fucking STUPID can a person get? Seriously, I was totally flabbergasted. Someone needs a smack upside the head
